On registering for the CNA Trading Programme, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to abide the full CNA Terms and Conditions.
1. Student Warranties
a) The student warrants that all documents and information supplied are true, authentic and correct. b) Where the student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, the student will automatically be withdrawn from the course and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
2. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for CNA staff, fellow students, members of the public and CNA Property. Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the course.
3. Withdrawal
a) The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent from CNA. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification to the CNA team, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given. b) Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent, CNA reserve the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.
4. Exclusion
To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and associated parties exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute,
5. Registration on Course
Registration on the course constitutes registration as a student with CNA and Students agree to be bound by CNA Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions of Registration.
6. Refund Policy – Student Default
No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after commencement of the course. Once a delegate has signed their student enrolment form and commenced their given programme they are obliged to pay their tuition fees in full according to their instalment plan. d) If a student defers their course, the right to submit an application for a refund is waived. Where a student has deferred their course, and subsequently fails or attempts to withdraw from the course, no refunds will be provided save in exceptional circumstances. The Refunds Committee has sole discretion in determining whether or not student’s circumstances are exceptional. e) Any refunds awarded in respect of this clause will be processed within 45 working days of the claim.
7. Data Protection
Your enrolment on a course of study requires sharing of personal information about you (including “Sensitive Personal Information”) between CNA and you. You give your express permission for the sharing of information for the purposes of managing your application, enrolment, academic achievement, fees management and related activities. All information will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
8. Confidentiality
You shall not, except as authorized by CNA, divulge to any persons, firm, company or other organization whatsoever at any time any confidential information belonging to CNA or relating to its affairs or dealings which may come to your knowledge during your association with CNA. All papers are considered to be confidential, together with any copies or extracts thereof, made or acquired by you in the course of your time with CNA.

Students are not allowed to copy or conduct the same type of training material after completion of the course with CNA.
Students are not allowed to copy record share or publish any of our materials given by the CNA During the course.
9. Regular Updates
CNA Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.
